Yubel the Lunar Wing HERO

 "Spirit of the gentle darkness! Merge with the hero's ideals and become the moonlight soaring over the shadowy expanse! FUSION SUMMON! Come forth! Level 7! The glimmering hope, Yubel the Lunar Wing HERO!"

Much like Number 39: Utopic Savoir, this was another card I designed for the protagonist as a way of redefining their cards. However, in Jaden's case, I wanted to give him a new ace monster that not only was a Fusion Monster (which was a key point of his Deck and also was one of the main concepts in GX, so why exactly was his ace a Normal monster?), but also reflected his growth as a character- the merging of his spirit, the heroic warrior, with that of the noble demoness Yubel. Fusion, of course, was the best way to do that, which is why Yubel is listed needing to fuse with any HERO monster. I also tried to incorporate Yubel's possession thing as an effect for this card, as well as the original Yubel not taking damage in battles or being destroyed. 

Maybe this could be considered Jaden's ace monster if he existed in ARC-V? I dunno, but I do like the end result of this artwork.
